Any recommendations for rv campgrounds in the area? Oldest son lives in Mesa(apartment), wondering what would be a comfortable campground with pull-thru’s that won’t break the checkbook, for a late summer 2-3 week stay?
We are in Phoenix currently, renting a house for a week, we just off Baseline Rd, about 10 minutes west of Arizona Mills.

I can highly recommend Usery Mountain State Park but not sure how busy it will be. Lost Dutchman is equally as good.

I think they have electric hookups and a water and dump station.

Maricopa county has several very, very nice RV campgrounds in addition to Usery and Lost Dutchman. Very affordable with water and electric hook=ups. 14 day stay max. per site. Check availability since some, if not all, of these parks close down in the hottest summer months. These parks are very popular so generally reservations need to be made well in advance.
