I have a Florida room attached to my camper, and would like to recoat the roof with something thick enough to seal any leaks. At this time I have a leak that happens during heavy rain.
I cannot crawl out onto the roof, so am not able to really scrub the metal clean, so looking for something that essentially will cover everything
Thanks
Barry

And this camper has a metal roof?  Most any roof coat product (aka mobile home roof coat) would work on that - Lowes & Depot have several. The Henry's products are one excellent brand.

If you can't access it well enough to wash with a long-handle brush, how are you going to paint the roof coat on?

If that roof is black looking it is likely mold perhaps as a result of being under some trees. You really don't want to paint over it without first cleaning it up.  Is the leak in the seams?? Mine are all taped with an eternabond style tape and it does not leak from there. But the seal to the trailer itself is somewhat problematic!! I would suggest the tape rather than a paint. In most cases no one can see the roof anyway.

I am not looking forward to taking it apart, which I must do this winter, because of the tape. Real sticky stuff

There are some professional metal roof coating products designed to seal pinholes in residential and commercial metal roofs, you might inquire locally to see if there are any installers around that offer this service.  Given your square footage the price should not be prohibitive.

The roof should be throughly cleaned and all penetrations recaulked before any sealer is applied.
Do it right the first time, hire a helper if you cant do it yourself.

X2 on the mobile home roof coating.  My neighbor had several pinhole leaks in her metal slideout roof and it sealed them right up.  As a bonus if you use something like the white Henry's Elastomeric coating it will reduce the radiant heat transmitted through the roof and muffle rain noise.

If you can't get to the entire roof with a long handle scrub brush (half from a ladder, the rest from the roof of your camper) for the cleaning and application, hire someone to do it.
