Microwave replacement.

Before anyone tosses an old microwave, please take the time to save the glass plate, the ring, and the little round thing in the middle. I was lucky when my plate broke to have a dealer who had saved a big box of these parts, and i found a replacement in there. Much better to replace just the plate or ring than the whole microwave because I ran into a similar problem with venting.
 
I can't use that set up, Mine hangs under the cabinet.

Yours HANGS under the cabinet.. Is it open Below the cabinet (I know there are under-counter models) or is it enclosed.
If it's open It's get one that vents out the back (Assuming there is at least an inch or two between the Microwave and wall) and a siliocon baking sheet or plastic cutting board and put that on the wall behidn it (Moisture barrier) and go for it.
