Agree. But if the person doing the hiring/firing is 500 miles away and didn't take the time to find out the scope of that position, then maybe that person should be the one getting the axe.

I am not assuming anything. I am only mentioning possibilities like other people on the forum are. Unfortunately the gloom and doom and the sky is falling is the only option some people want to believe.

FWIW quite often people refuse to do anything that is not in their job description.

When they have to scramble to correct mistakes from not understanding what they are doing and are rehiring people they just hired and have to keep changing tactics cause it isnt going the way they hoped what evidence is there that they determined anything?

What makes that option evenly remotely possible?
