Monaco Coburg operations?

Hi Folks,
I have been trying to follow all the various threads re Monaco and their service facility in Coburg. I am supposed to be booked in for a service and warranty work come April 2013 on my 35 Vesta. Will I still be going come April?
Like I mentioned trying to follow the threads and news releases etc.
I did send a email a couple of weeks ago to Janet their service administrator -----still no reply.
Any clarified info. regards the status of the Oregon operations would be appreciated.

Coburg service is still in operation. Monaco has announced no plans to change that, to the contrary they signed a long term lease for the service facility when they sold the property this year.

Re emails under Navistar. I learned the hard way that Navistar has a policy to NOT monitor the email of an employee who has left the company. Stupid policy, but that's what Zak the Service Manager told me. I don't know if Janet is still there or not.

I suggest you email the general "service" email address that is in the website.

Thanks for the info ken and Sheila, I feel somewhat relieved that I will be in Coburg come April for service and warranty.
