Check out places in Bakersfield, and Tehachapi.
We go to Paso quite often and I don't recall seeing storage lots there but you might give yelp a try or give Wind River RV in Paso a call.
My Brother-in-law has rented out space in his 4 acre back yard and actually had a couple of people living back there but he said he didn't want to do that anymore. The gotcha is that you'll never get out of the yard if it's been raining. It gets really muddy.
Morro Dunes stores RVs but I'll bet it's pretty pricy.
There's several storage yards in San Jose, Morgan Hill, Gilroy and San Juan Bautista but as far as I know they all have waiting lists. Give Betabel RV Park and Resort a call. They store a fair number or RVs.

Hey lovolbikes! If you haven't found a place yet give Betabel RV Park & Resort a call. It's 2 hours from Paso and 2:45 from Morro Bay. I'm there this weekend and it looks like they have many open storage spaces.

I'm coming from Az and need something closer to Cayucas. I plan on towing a car up there. Dropping the RV off in storage and driving the car back to Az until June. Then driving a car back out there again and picking up the RV. I may be in a non towable auto in June so I would need to rent or uber back to the storage. Betabel looks nice but it's too far north. Thanks though.
