My coachman curcit panel is arching idk why

Well hello folks hope all is well I'm in a bit of a pickle over here. I recently purchased a 2013 coachman for fulltime but my curcit panel started arching about a month ago it started when I turned on my heater i shut it off at the panel but the problem just kept creeping up and causing arches in the other circuits moving right up the panel over the past month finally ending with my w/h completely stopping working yesterday without arching I really need help I'm not sure what the issue is

If you were to give a bit more information on your coach that will help people assist you better. I have a 2006 Coachman Marada 290 we really like.
 
Sounds like a loose connection. This will cause arcing, will heat up circuits and eventually the wire will burn clear or blow fuses. The loose connection will be where you are seeing this arcing.
 
I think my panels arching in muiltple breakers. That's all I know

I checked for all that already I'm completely stumped
 
Where are you plugged in? It sounds like you may have a center neutral wire loose at the supply service box. This can cause a 120 vac line "float" causing the voltage to go higher (toward 240 vac depending on loads and just how bad the connection is).

I have a I guess shore power attached it's the 30 amp plug in stand pole/box

Thank you sir I'm going to have to check that tomorrow when I can all my darn tools from the jobsite.
