Here, I was able to find my exact floor plan and find my new RV does indeed have every possible option available, such as the drop down bed, three TVs, 12 CF refrigerator, mostly stuff I don't really need, being for only myself, these days. But the drop down bed can be handy when I do not want to put out the slides for a short overnight stop. The king size bed in the rear requires the bedroom slide to be out, unlike the drop down bed.

I think even the tankless water heater is an option, as I see in the specs in that 2nd message it says "six gallons" but my water heater tank is zero gallons (or close to zero, in reality).
