Here, I was able to find my exact floor plan and find my new RV does indeed have every possible option available, such as the drop down bed, three TVs, 12 CF refrigerator, mostly stuff I don't really need, being for only myself, these days. But the drop down bed can be handy when I do not want to put out the slides for a short overnight stop. The king size bed in the rear requires the bedroom slide to be out, unlike the drop down bed.

Be sure to be on the "27A" page to see my exact floor plan and with every possible option listed. The 2nd dot under "Vision".

I think even the tankless water heater is an option, as I see in the specs in that 2nd message it says "six gallons" but my water heater tank is zero gallons (or close to zero, in reality).

Your "build sheet" will list all standard and optional equipment. If you don't have it, Send an email to WBGO with your VIN and they will send a copy attached in an email to you.
I did this on several units when we were "shopping" for several months.

I got my RV back!

I have it in front of this house, so I will probably hear from the HOA soon. They are very fast with such complaints here. I hope they don't cause me to sell this house also, like they did with my Cold Springs Valley house. I am now dealing with another HOA violation here, they don't seem to like the $10,000.00 Tuff Shed I just had installed in my back yard here. Very much needed after taking a lot of junk out of the house I recently sold. How they even noticed it is a mystery, but it had to be from down below, the only place it can be seen from. Or they noticed it when being built. I didn't even know HOAs cared about our backyards!

Anyway, I will drive the new RV to my Auburn, CA house tomorrow. No HOA there! After I change my oil I will be on my way to Florida. I assume Monday at the very latest, Saturday at the earliest.

I have no complaints about the work they did at RV Country in Sparks. The only issue is I got the RV back a week later than I was told. Too very minor issues are still waiting on parts. The three missing lug nut caps and a lock. The lock was broken, wasn't for a different key, like I thought. I told them I can install that stuff myself when they get the parts. That will make it easier for both of us.

One issue has no possible legal fix. They cannot put a lock on the door that has the house batteries, air compressor for the levelling jacks and other stuff. That is because it is illegal, because the propane tank is also in that section. It is illegal to have a lock on an RV propane tank, for obvious safety reasons.

I consider that a design issue, I cannot blame anybody but the engineers who designed it. They put the propane tank right next to the house batteries and other such easy to get to stuff.

It's not just "rich" areas with HOAs. Many "poor" areas have them, as well. The HOA is the problem, not the housing cost. In the Denver area it's now difficult to find housing without an HOA.

Here, only the elite neighborhoods that have been developed in the last 20 years are prone to HOA's.

What do the older established neighborhoods look like in the area?

In the Denver area it's now difficult to find housing without an HOA.

Same here in Reno. But there are still a few nice places here with no HOA. And a lot of dumpy areas without one.

IMO, the HOAs got too powerful and are no longer in control of the homeowners. It's whatever the BOD wants regardless of what the majority of the home owners want.

And they are almost impossible to get rid of. It often (but not always) takes a supermajority and a team of lawyers. 51% is not good enough. See here.

My new home is one wheels, can run from HOAs. Speaking about that, it's now time for me to get to Auburn, change the engine oil there on my own property (No HOA there and is my best and most expensive house).

2022 Entegra Vision 27A.

I had no desire to buy an RV today, I only wanted to look.

At first, I had no desire to even look at this one, but I did anyway and instantly fell in love with it. Makes me want to sell both my houses, 9 out of ten motorcycles, etc., and then full time.

Just a little longer than I wanted, but it is easy to drive and such. I have already driven it around a bit at the RV dealer large lot.

I could not find anything I didn't like with it. Doesn't have the cheap feel of the Thor Axis. Looks very high quality inside, IMO. Has ways to deal with my lith battery and such. I decided I will have two separate 12V systems in this RV. I will add my lith converter and lith battery and 4KW inverter to run my ham gear, MW oven and such and not touch the stock stuff.

I don't think this RV comes with an inverter, but didn't spend a lot of time looking. It does have solar, and a large two way refrigerator.

$161,500.00 out the door. I will pick it up on the 15th of this month. I watched them put in the "sold" signs today.
