Nancy Brinck's potato salad

I was just reading the recipe in the library entitled Nancy Brinck's potato salad.  I hope there's a potluck in Moab next spring and that Nancy is there and decides to bring the potato salad.  It sounds excellent.

Dunno, Pat, will have to see. Nancy & I expect to be out west in 2006, but we sponsor a rally here in the Southeast every Spring and that is usually about the same time as Moab.  The Southeast Spring Rally is scheduled for the last week of April in 2006.

Maybe somebody else can whip up a batch - it IS terrific!

I don't see the problem.  I'll just follow you all over the west.  Potato salad is one of my top 5 favorite foods.  I know, I know, I could make it myself.  Just have to throw all the barely used bottles of ingredients, since I cook for one.

The bottled ingredients keepa long, long time and the taters and such can be bought in small quantities.  Just eat lots of salad!
