We better visit as many National Parks as we can in the next few years. The Administration is recommending $283 million be cut from the budget for the National Forests and then this week the House voted [203>227] to forgive the energy companies $200 million in royalties for pumping oil from the Outer Conitnetal Shelf. The royalties would have gone to the Land and Water Conservation Fund for maintenance of the National Park System.
