I'm looking for a shower hose bracket. It's a piece of plastic which mounts to the shower stall wall. There's a hole in it which the shower hose passes through. I guess it's purpose is to keep the hose from flopping around while traveling.

I always put the shower hose on the shower floor when traveling. I figure that it can't fall off the floor.

Our showerhead rides along in the regular wall holder and has for years without falling even on rough roads. We don't like the way the hose bracket restricts shower head reach, so now it serves as a razor holder.

The reason I wanted this bracket was because when we're using the shower, the hose sometimes gets caught up with the faucet handles and either the water get's real cold or hot real fast. This bracket I'm looking for would prevent this.

Ahh! Yes, I can see where that would be a problem... :)

Our controls are too low to get caught by the hose, but that's because we have a tub instead of a shower stall.

To make it even worse, the hose connects on the bottom side of the valve assemble so it makes it real easy to hit the handles.  I fasten the 1st 12" with clamps like this but the hose is about 12" too long.

Rene, that reminds me of the old joke? The wife answered the phone in the kitchen, and the call was for the husband. She said, ?I think he?s in the shower, let me check.? She reached over and turned on the hot water full blast in the kitchen sink. After hearing the scream from the bathroom, ?Yup, he?s still in the shower.?
