How would I know about Sea Monkeys and Shake-a-Puddin and yet be clueless about Junior's phone number?

I was once stopped behind another car that was waiting to turn from a parking lot onto a street. They must have been irritated about waiting too long because they just put it in reverse and ran into me! At the time (many eons ago) I was driving a two ton sedan of solid Detroit steel with a sturdy bumper. I got a tiny scratch, she got a small dent. She came out of that car screaming that I shouldn’t have been that close, that I was a stupid college student who didn’t now how to drive, etc. etc. I said let’s call the police, and she agreed. Police totally sided with me because she didn’t notice we had witnesses! She was so unhinged a nice older man came up to me thinking I would be scared of her, and he told the police what happened. Police asked what I wanted to do, and I said I want her to apologize! She did it with poor grace, but I accepted. So sometimes the car in front really is the cause of the wreck.

Happened to me when I was 18 years old in 1977. Coming back from skiing, the snow had let up so people were pulling over to take off their chains. There was a Ford Club Wagon pulled off on the center divider (illegally). He pulled out in from of me about 100 feet ahead (I was in the left lane doing about 35 MPH), saw me and stopped, blocking half the lane. No way for me to pull into the right lane as there was traffic, so I hit him from behind, then a Cadillac hit me from behind. Long story, but CHP found him at fault.

I can't remember--is AI changing thread titles, or is it people? This one was originally "Neighbor Sued Over Refusing to Share WiFi Password" and has become "Lying is now the new way to tell the truth." What does that even mean, generally, or especially with respect to the discussion, which I assume is what prompts a title change.

I swear, I'm about to give up on the internet.
