Just switched units and installed new gasket, what compression am I looking for?

You want to just snug the bolts and do it evenly working your way cris/cross around the bolt pattern. You do not want to over tighten them. Let it set for a couple of weeks to allow the foam gasket to settle. Then go in and snug them one more time then you should be just fine. Keep an eye on the inside for any leakage if you get a downpour.

If you have a manual it should be in it. My Domestic I believe is 35 inch lbs.
As Rene said you don't want to crank it down and over compress the gasket.
