New bie here looking to buy in lake adventure

I dont know much but iam doing some research. iam looking to buy some property for a getaway. In lake adventure i saw some lots with a deck, shed about .5 acre and a 5 year old park model type trailer. Does this sound about right25.000 to 30.000(price). And is lake adventure a good campground? They say they are in milford and they are not in the campground directory, so no info i can find. I live in Staten island and looking for a place in PA soon. Any help would be great thanks!
