Hi, my red lead for my electric test meter broke today so i called the MFG and this model is very old and discontinued. They actually did not seem too interested in trying to find a part for an old meter. They said that the model is 430A but part of me thinks they are full of bull because that is the new model that looks nothing like the one I have
I have found several web sites and some ebay stuff too but nothing specifically for my tester.
I need both red and black leads, and I am also considering getting a temp lead as I lost that many years ago and there have been several times that it would have been handy. I dont need the NPN or PNP probes or the CAP probe because I have no idea what they are and have not missed them thus far.
My meter is on this page (extech)
http://www.testequipmentdepot.com/extech/pdf/mv110_120_130.pdf
Its the one in the middle EXTECH MV120. It is listed online as MV (not multiview). On the tester it reads multiview 120 and the MFG is ExTech
My red and black leads are 40" long, longer is better but not shorter. Also the lead has 1000V printed on the side of it.
Any help would be very appreciated. )
I will add a pic of the leads here in a sec.
