We own a 2011 Profile View. We bought the unit new and experienced a water leakage problem at the front bulkhead. After making several trips to the dealer that we purchased the unit from to solve the water leak to no avail we then went to a different dealer. The second dealer found that the rivets at the bulkhead had not been properly sealed. Problem solved. No leakage for a year now.

Since owning it we have made various trips to the UP of Michigan, Florida, SC, local parks in Ohio, and to Indiana.

I did manage to run the batteries down with the cold weather and not using it for over a month. I assume that the booster  switch needs to be held down for several minutes before trying to use the coach batteries for start up?

Another question. When you are plugged into a land line do both sets of batteries get charged? Or does the coach battery set get charged only?

not sure but i think it charges both. your boost button works to link the house batteries and chassis batteries together. to start the vehicle using the house batteries, hold down the boost button and turn the key. by holding down the boost button you are creating one big battery. if the house batteries are low as well you might have to plug it in to the house for a bit to charge them up before trying to start the motor.
