The Tradewinds was a popular, mid-priced diesel pusher in the late 90's and early 2000's.  I know at least one member used to have one (he traded up to a newer one), so maybe he will offer some advice.  National RV went out of business in the 2009 depression, but the chassis is a Freightliner so no problems with chassis/drivetrain service and parts.  Appliances and such are industry standard items as well.  Should be a good choice if it has been well cared for.

Welcome aboard!!!

Check the date manufactured codes on the tires...over seven years old I'd start thinking about replacing them.

Buy a couple more fire extinguishers.  The original is past it's prime.

Check the water levels in all your batteries, both for the engine and RV portion.

Make spare keys and keep some hidden outside the coach.

Are you going to pull a car behind your motorhome?
