Did anyone else notice that the car illegally parked in a fire zone?
The car is insured, not the person. There is no reason for anything to change in the details of an accident.Whose insurance pays if it's in an accident while self-driving between the factory and you?
I know, new things can be scary. I was also concerned about these type of questions. I didn’t like the idea of the assisted driving feature but have changed my mind. My son recently bought a Tesla and I’ve experienced it first hand. The answer to ur questions are yes. The self driving feature is much better than the vast majority of current drivers by far (99+%). Human error is a real thing. People generally don’t drive very well these days if they ever have. I also used a Waymo complete auto self driven car when recently visiting Phoenix and it also was great and very safe. Insurance companies are on board, which tells us a lot. Insurance companies are not big risk takers. Also, my son is an aggressive driver and I actually feel better that he has the assisted driver feature.I have a few questions:
If it pulls up to a red light, will it turn right on red after stopping
Will it pull over for a oncoming emergency vehicle like a fire truck or ambulance
If a beach ball crosses the road in front of it, will it stop in case there is a small child chasing the ball
One time I was on the freeway slow lane going a good ten to 15 mph over the speed limit, me being a bit too slow for the car tailgating behind me but I was going the same speed as the car right in front, trying not to tailgate it.The self driving feature is much better than the vast majority of current drivers by far (99+%)
Yes, you can still get a DUI in a self-driving car. Even with advanced driver-assistance systems, the driver is still considered to be in "actual physical control" of the vehicle and is therefore subject to DUI lawsDo DUI laws apply to self driving vehicles?
Getting close already.. I doubt the flying car thing will ever materialize,
