Hello all. Been living in a borrowed Dodge Class C which is in various states of falling apart around me and looking to get my own bigger class a to live and travel in.
I'm currently sharing my space with my three cats and occasionally my fianc?e. She hates the "Jack knife" sofa (Now I know why they call it that...) so I want more space and comfort.
We found an Allegro 37M Basement model for a great price and I'm itching to have me some fun putting my Audio/Video Tech skills to work. I'd love to be able to "out boom" the kids and their imports rocking some Steve Miller Band....

Looking forward to hearing from everyone and sharing the progress I make with "The Beast"

Mike

Welcome Mike, we leave Pahrump in a few days headed to Texas. Enjoy the new coach.

Please, don't try to outboom the punks... that kinda war just escalates...

And welcome to the forum!  Always loves Pahrump... my grandparents lived there for a few years, always liked the name.

Just don't try and out boom the kids while you are parked in an RV park or you may be back to boondocking. RVs have very little insulation and if it is loud inside then it is loud outside. I have a fabulous audio/video/guitar amp system in my class A and I have been told to turn it down when the volume was ridiculously low. Some old geezers will complain about any volume. And most RV parks have a rule that if your neighbors can hear it then it is too loud.

Thank you all for the welcome.

As for the "Out BOOMING" I was thinking more of the stop lights and freeway. I also have plans of updating all the lighting to LED and including a bunch underneath for pulling into parking lots where the kids hang out...

I also did a bunch of searching and found out that the MH I'm looking at is the same one the drunk crop duster in Independence Day drove in the movie... I'm such a nerd... lol

Does anyone know where I can find an owners manual in pdf format? I've been looking for a month now and have yet to find anything.

As for Pahrump, well.... I was raised in the Pacific Northwest and I'm not much for heat... The worst part is waiting to get the Allegro since I'm stuck in an old class c dodge with the cats until we get it and the AC will pop the breaker until I install a higher amp dedicated line... The overhead fan works, but that only goes so far. I'm in the process of getting the last of the credit black marks fixed that I got in my divorce back in the 90's. Otherwise I'd get a loan and get it now, the fun of being on disability...

A good PA system can cut through the heavy bass very easily.. I used to play irish folk music over mine, and laugh at the idiots in their lowriders looking around trying to figure out where it came from ;-)
