Welcome to the forum! Most people avoid buying something with water damage, did you know about it before making the purchase?

Hi & welcome. Sounds like you bought a project!

Water damage can be readily repairable if you have basic woodworking & handyman skills, but sometimes is more extensive than it appears and takes a lot of work.  Hard to be sure until you open up walls, floor or ceiling in the affected areas. Is there any delamination of the outer fiberglass skin?  That can be a real chore to repair!
