Hello everyone.  I guess I will look into where I post my questions.  About to pull the trigger on purchasing a pull behind RV due to the nature of my work.  I am a pipeline, coating inspector and the work seems to be everywhere and hotels have been eating away at my bottom line.  Think I really like the 2019 Keystone Cougar Half-Ton 33SAB

Several folks responded to your post elsewhere about that truck/trailer combination.  You've been given some very good advice.  What you do with it is obviously up to you, but I would take the time to thoroughly think it through....you're asking for an unhappy ending!

Welcome to the forum.

You say you are new to RV'ing and want to buy a 2019 unit.

First is we almost always recommend that a new RV person buy USED.
The chance that you will buy the perfect RV the first time and live in it a long time are slim.
There is a huge deprecation on all new units the minute you drive them off the lot.  You think cars lose value quickly?
It's probably double on an RV.
So if you pick a used unit and it's not a good fit for you it won't hurt so bad as if you buy new.
You'll get a lot more for you money buying used too.  Also the learning curve is less painful on a used one compared to a new one if something
goes wrong or needs to be fixed.

If you have your heart set on buying a new unit then - NEVER BELIEVE A SALESMAN!  Do your OWN research as they will tell you
what ever they think will make the sale even if it's not true.  Double check anything they tell you.  One common one is "SURE you can
pull that with the vehicle you now have."  And it may be true that you can move it off their lot but going up a hill is another story etc.

Good luck.

Hi and welcome to the forum.  Sounds like a good plan.  We bought new and don't regret it at all.  Just do your homework and I am sure you will find your fit.  The advice about buying used is sound and if you are not sure of what you want then that may be the best way forward for you.

Good luck.
