New to RVing / Excited to be here

Wife and I just bought a Fleetwood travel trailer. We own lakefront property where we will keep the trailer year-round.
We plan on developing the property eventually and will keep the trailer there as a "guesthouse".  We've basically been camping on the property to this point and are finally "moving on up".
I've been lurking for awhile, we finally took the plunge and are excited to get started.
I've read many useful items already, am sure to have many questions as we start out.
