Hi there everyone!

My family, being myself, my partner, and our two children, is very interested in living the nomadic lifestyle during the winters! We have some property in the country in Manitoba, and figure we'll park there for the summer and do our gardening and chicken-raising, and then snowbird in the winter.

We're looking at a '97 Coachmen Catalina RV. Low mileage, and good service records. Wintered indoors.

Anyone else doing something similar?

Great to be here!

Andrea

Welcome to RVForum. Yep, we just started the snowbird life style this year. Spent four wonderful months wandering around Florida. Our only concern is leaving the house empty during those times.

Hi and Welcome to the group!!!! Manitoba eh?? Does this mean you are both Canadians??  If so, Snowbirding is fun, but I hope your summer activities build up enough funds for a winter south of the border. You won't be able to work legally down here!!!.

Thanks for the kind welcomes!

Yes, we're Canadian. We'll be able to handle ourselves, don't ya worry. ;) Thanks for the tip though.
