I have a 1996 fleetwood bounder i have no brake lights or running lights to the rear. I have turn signals. I have checked every fuse i can find amid nothing. Test light shows no power all the way down the main wiring harness. I'm at a loss with anything else. Please help!!!!!

My '00 Bounder uses the same lights on the back for turn signals and brakes.  If you're getting brake lights, but the turn signals don't work, it could be a problem with the turn signal switch.  However, since you also don't have any tail lights(the marker lights work, right?), I'd start with Roy's suggestion and check the wiring to the rear lights for a bad ground.  Might even be as simple as a bad bulb in one of the rear lights.

Suggest you make sure the working turn signals are actually lighting the bright side of the bulb. Sure sounds like a grounding problem.

Sorry new to this i found another fuse box and it was a fuse for the brake lights but i still have no running lights. Stupid question Are marker lights running lights or are they the lights on the front top of the cab?

A marker light would be the small lights at the top of the vehicle front and back there maybe some located on the sides of the vehicle as well. Running lights would generally be the parking lights typically associated with a car. Both the marker lights and the running lights usually come on together through the headlight switch in the parking light position or in the headlight position. This doesn't necessarily mean that the parking lights and the marker lights are using the same circuit fuse but it is likely that they are.
