I have a 2007 Kodiak hybrid (restoration thread buried on this forum some where) and we haven't used it but once this year a few weeks ago and the weirdest thing happened. I hooked the shore water up and turned on the faucet at the pole and I am getting absolutely no water in the camper. I looked under neath expecting to see water going every where and nothing. It had 0 leaks, 0 flow in the camper. It is as though there is a valve somewhere that is closed, but I looked everywhere and could not find one. I winterize this thing every winter and pull all the little drain caps and all the things you are supposed to do. A busted line would probably be easier to diagnose right now than what I am experiencing.

Anyone ever experienced this.

At this time, the only thought I have is that some how some way mud daubers built a nest in the lines some how.

The only things I can think of, not knowing your setup, is either a selector is in the wrong position or a one way valve at the inlet is stuck closed. On my setup there is a valve that you turn for "tank fill" or "normal", and there is also a one way device at the inlet.

Check screens on the inlet path, beginning at whatever is hooked to the faucet.

In June, on our second day of camping, there was no water in the camper. The screen on my pressure regulator was completely clogged with mineral deposits.

Good thought, I've seen that on washing machines.

While you’re checking the screen on the rv inlet and the inlet check valve, just verify that water is coming out of the hose.
If you don’t have a screen, get one at any hardware store. That screen will collect small particles of sand and what ever else.

If your hose has a clogged screen and you don't have a spare, just reverse it and turn on the water blowing the particles out. Then turn back over and connect to trailer.

There is a backflow preventer at the city water fill port. This is why the system doesn't empty itself when you disconnect. It might be stuck in the closed position not letting the water flow in or out

The first thing that I would do is to unhook the hose from the RV and then turn the water on to make sure that it gets through the hose to the RV. If it gets water normally, next check the hose connection to the RV. If you remove the rubber washer/screen from the fitting you can see the actuator for the check valve down inside. If you push on it, you should be able to move it in and spring return.

That has already been covered. It allows water to go one direction and not the other. Basically a check valve.

Thanks for all the suggestions. It was 100% the fill port. I removed it, hooked hose to it and nothing would come out. Took it to the garage, blew it out and some garbage came out and now it works. I ordered a new one from amazon and when it comes in I will install it.
