Wasn't it Nifty Serve who provided the CS service in Tokyo (I used to conect via the Narita node)? Yes, 1200 baud was a blazing speed after 300, but that's showing our age  :)

I don't remember who provided the service but there was a free node in Tokyo for connecting to CS.

I say that a lot nowadays. Might be something to do with age.

According to a document I have - "Age doesn't make us forgetful - Having way too many stupid things to remember makes us forgetful"

I like that one Leo. Now if only I could remember it.

I know what you mean!! It's really interesting that many Europeans seem to be able to take extended leave time and travel the world at a much younger age than Americans. Not sure why that is but sometimes wish I had been born in Europe. ;D ;D

Only if you lived a few hundred years ago  ;D
