We have a gas powered 2002 onan that ran fine for about a year (after we replaced the fuel pump).  before we replaced the fuel pump it would start and run for 20 minutes or so then die.  We took it to Cummins (1000 later) they replaced a carburetor and had it cleaned as these was gas in the oil.  Now, it does the same thing, runs then stops after 20 minutes.  then wont start for a long time (1/2 hour to an hour).  Then starts and runs and stalls.  Any ideas?

The first thought that comes to my mind is the gas line from the tank to the fuel pump is collapsing when fuel is drawn through it.

Interesting.  UPDATE:  (we are testing right now).  Getting code 47 (ignition) although it does start fine.  It just dies after 20 minutes or so, also sound like its gonna stall over and over again until it actually does.  Third run it only ran 30 seconds.

If it's showing ignition code check the coil and plug wire. It's typical for a coil to act different when warmed up. When it only ran 30 seconds on subsequent attempt it was likely already partially warmed up and took less time to reach the high temp that causes the wire or insulation breakdown.
