One Touch Power Awning

Hello. We have a 2000 Fleetwood Bounder Motorhome with a Carefree by Colorado One Touch power awning.  The awning opens (fairly slowly) but stops going up when the edge is about 4 feet above the ground.  We cannot figure out what the issue is stopping it from going all the way up.  We called Carefree by Colorado and they gave us the number of a guy that should be able to help.  We called him & he said to send him videos and he would call back.  We haven?t heard anything and we have called & left 3 more messages with no response.  CAn anyone help with anything we can try to make this work.....or anyone to call?  We are getting frustrated.  Thank you for any suggestions!

I do not know your exact awning, but I did a Google search "carefree rv awning problems" and found a ton of links and videos.  Maybe a good place to start.
