Anyone here able to take advantage of the new PACT Act? They have added additional locations (Thai AF Bases as locations) and hypertension as a presumptive health issue do to Agent Orange. There are other, additional, criteria added for burn pits as well.
It was recently brought to my attention when I was in a VA Medical Center for a hip replacement and the vet that was in my room was telling me about it. He was subjected to burn pits in Afghanistan and got a disability award based on a presumptive medial condition.
