I have look through the owner's manual ( 1998 Fleetwood Flair MH) and there is no documentation on this.  Does anyone know what this button is for (see photo)?
Thank you

I think it changes where the radio gets it's power. I think MHs of that time frame did not charge the chassis battery when plugged into shore power. So if you ran the radio when you were parked you could run the chassis battery down. The switch powered the radio off of the house batteries which are kept charged when plugged into shore power.

The one on my coach just puts power to the ignition feed on the radio so you don't have to have the key in the ACC position.  The radio still runs off the engine battery.
No biggie though, because my coach will also charge the engine battery while plugged into shore power.
