We are new to RVing and just acquired an 89 Winnebago Chieftan. We need to remodel the inside (new floor, new toilet, etc), as it wasn't taken care of, and it also needs some cosmetic work on the outside. Since we live in a small town in southern Utah, local resources are very slim. So, are there any good mail order rv parts and supply stores that are reasonable and don't require a membership for "special" pricing?
Also, if anyone has any stores, links, resources, etc for repairing a motor home, particularly remodeling the insides, repairing plumbing, and hooking up the gas (apparently the last owner didn't bother with the propane). I have been looking through some of the previous posts, and saw one that may help us with info on the fridge, along with a repair manual suggestion, so if there are any helpful previous posts being pointed to their direction would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
