Permission to Send eCards?

I was just now perusing some of the pictures in the Photos section and clicked on the envelope icon to send a message to make a comment on one of the pictures from the Moad rally (#4) that looked just like some of our wadi trips in the Sultanate of Oman. I received a message saying that I did not have permission to send an eCard. I am a registered member of the forum, so was a bit surprised. Are there different levels of membership?

eCards were enabled only for forum staff. However, I just enabled them for any logged-in forum member and it appears we have a hitch. I'll have to get back to you.
