Hi everyone!  We have attached a photo of our new Jayco Jay Feather 27P that we took delivery of last Tuesday.  The PDI went off without any major hitches and was generally a positive experience.  We will be making our maiden voyage to the Texas Hill Country next week.  We're a little nervous and very very excited.  We're spending this week trying to outfit the trailer with the necessary kitchen items, tools, etc.  We're looking forward to participating more actively on this board once we've gotten our feet wet.  Any last minute words of advice or "don't forget to's" would be very much appreciated  ;D

Thanks for sharing the photo. That's a nice looking trailer.

We have a couple of checklists in our library that might help as last-minute reminders. Click the Library button in the toolbar above and select Checklists. The one labelled Pre-trip checklist, written by George Mullen, is quite comprehensive and can be tailored to your needs. You can just ignore the bits that are related to motorhomes.
