Pocketmail?

Do any of you people use Pocketmail? This device is new in New Zealand, and so far I am impressed with.

If you are not familair with it, it enables you to send and receive your emails via a phone, cell, payfone or mobile. NO computer required,

I find it great, as I am often away from the computer for lengthy periods and can still deal with my business email over a mobile (ultimate freedom) All of my email accounts can be consolidated into the pocketmail reciever.

Just curious as to how well known it is in the USA

PocketMail has been sold here for a number of years.  It's ok for low volumes of email, but with the unfortunate desire of some people to send fancy, bloated, HTML in their email, it's seen limited use.  If people would stay with just plain text for email, devices like PocketMail would be much more useful.
