polyurethane bushings

Is it better to replace spring eye bushings and shackel bushing with polyurethane or stock rubber on a 92 f-53 chassis...

Polyurethane bushings may help reduce side sway to some degree, but may also transmit more vibration and noise to the interior. They are less subject to deterioration by oil, etc., and SHOULD hold up quite well, but have no data to support that.
