Instead of cooking with oil or margarine, try Orval Redenbacker's pop corn buttery flavored cooking oil instead.

Fried potatoes, add a different flavor.
Fried cabbage, add a few squirts of Orval and use real butter.... oh my!
Even hamburgers? Give a squirt on top of them when cooking!

It's not something you will want to do every time, but for a slight change and to shake thing up a bit ... it's a pleasant option.

Now, for breakfast cereals? Want a very subtle delight? After pouring your milk, add a small amount of whipping cream on top. No need to "whip it up" and make it fluffy, just pour some in, and mix it up.

Whipping cream is magnificent in coffee instead of artificial creamers and gosh-awful powders. (and healthier for you too.)

Actually, add whipping cream to anything and it instantly improves? Making pancakes from a box? Instead of adding milk only, and milk and a bit of whipping cream. Use your imagination. Yes it costs a pretty penny, but good food is worth the cost!

That is good but this Winona brand popcorn butter spray is only 2 calories per shot. It is oily like butter not watery like other spray butters. Even works like Pam in a skillet to fry eggs. Its expensive but goes a long ways.

I added some to my grocery list for next week. It sounds good and I will try it. Maybe try frying my eggs in it.

That's a great tip. I haven't tried Orville Redenbacher's spray so I'll get some on the next shopping trip.
I haven't seem Orville Redenbacher spray but the Winona brand is good.
