I had my dealer hookup a second battery and portable solar panels. But I don’t know where to plug-in the portable solar panels.

Did you purchase a solar kit from somewhere or just have panels. If you have something like this

they have a built in charge controller. If not what panels do you have?

I'd bet the dealer would know.

The only guesses we could have here is that if this was a dealer installed option for this trailer, it would be detailed in your owner manual. If this is an aftermarket accessory the dealer sourced and installed, "anyone's guess".

Typically for a portable panel the controller wouldn't be part of the trailer equipment, chances are what they did was install your 2nd battery and an MC4 connector to plug the portable panel into, likely out of the weather, say in a storage compartment. That's my guess anyway.

So the factory out one unit in. And I had the dealer add another battery with portable panels. But I don’t know where to plug the panels in. It’s supposed work as one unit but I suspect the second battery isn’t powering anything right now.
