Have you seen the new Allstate insurance mayhem commercial yet?  The mayhem guy is supposed to be a cat in this one.  Cracks me up when he is laying on the kitchen counter and knocks something off.

Wow. Im not the biggest cat fan, but I find that in pretty poor taste for a large company like Ford.

From what I've seen over the years, it seems that you can make that kind of commercial/joke about a cat and no one cares but if you were to make it about a dog, you'd be tracked down and beaten within an inch of your life.

Same here. Friends often ask something like; "Have you seen that commercial...?" No idea what they're talking about as I watch only programs recorded on the DVR with one finger on the SKIP button when any commercial comes on!

Killing the cat is not funny no matter what Europeans think. They always call us over to kill people for them.  But I don't even like seeing dead animals on the road.  Learned at an early age when my own dog got run over and I was depressed for weeks.  Now somebody try to tell me that the cat lived without a head.
