CMP is the Civilian Marksmanship Program. I‘m guessing the NorCal is not too tough because of the image (that may be incorrect) that many have of it.
Here:
CMP means Chocolate, marshmallow, peanut icecream Sundae
That was always my favorite.
To order, you say, I'll have a CMP.

NO. Solder a standard blade fuse holder into the end caps. Snap them into the factory fuse holder and now I have an easily replacable blade fuse.

I just a had a go-round with my new 1995 Honda and I decided why I never liked ATO fuses.
You have to pull them out to see if they are blown....
The old (bronze age) glass ones you can see if they are still there - most of the time.
And, they are easier to wrap with foil.
