Ok I'm brand new to this site and I had a good deal of trouble figgering out how to post. I found the "New Topic" button but it sounded like a whole new thread to me, rather than an addition to an existing thread. That may or may not make sense but there you go.
Jane and I are spending four months at The Great Outdoors in Titusville in Florida and enjoying every minute of it.  Our home is Upper Kingsclear New Brunswick Canada. That's it, I'll be back.  John Rankin and Jane Sheridan.

Hi John

There are two ways to post here; One is to click the New Topic button, and the other is to click the Reply button. In both cases, you're posting to a topic, not to an individual message or person. When you've posted a few times it will become second nature.

As you noted, John, "New Topic" is indeed a new "thread", as we call it in our other life.  "Reply", on the other hand, adds another message within the same thread.

And as Tom notes, you do not address a message to any particular person. Any and all messages are to "ALL".

Welcome aboard!

There are several tools available to help manage the messages you wish to see on the Forum each time you return.? First at the top left of the page, under the title RV Forum Community and? "User Info" ? are links to the "Unread Posts Since Last Visit" as well as "New Replies to your Posts".? ?At the bottom of the HOME PAGE? you can select links to  the last ten postings on the Forum.? Finally you can just select any of the Message Subfolders like "Technical" or PC's and Communications"? and look through the message headers.

Messages that contain new postings since your last visit will have a little icon containing the word NEW
