putting a picture in your signature

I'm new to this forum thing so I need help.  How can I put a picture in my signature?

Hi Bill and Rita... and welcome.

To upload a photo, go to the top of this (or any) page, mouse over "Profile" click on "Forum Profile" "Modify Profile" "Upload Avatar". Then you can upload a photo.
