While doing the winterization of my new to me 1998 fleetwood southwind I was investigating the brass quick coupler female end of what looks to be a gas connection. It is mounted  at the  corner near the floor  where the oven and fridge meet. Behind the wall i find a black rubber hose going to the back of the fridge somewhere ..I suspect it is a gas connection. I find a black hose connecting to the gas supply line tee outside  going from the back of the fridge gas connection. It is routed to the inside but cant see enough to know for sure..If it is indeed a gas coupler why would it be inside? possibly a test location for sudden loss of pressure? anyone knowing of the purpose please advise..Thanks in advance

Oran,

I suspect it is a coupler so that a catalytic gas heater could be used in the MH.  I have a coupler in the same place for that purpose.

OK ..thanks...altho i am not a big fan for useing a catalitic heater i may find a use for it in the future..
