RATS: Looks like our main TV has died. How hard is it to replace?

Glad you have it working for now, given your extra 3/4 inch of depth, you might consider a swing arm mount, perhaps something like https://www.amazon.com/Lockable-100x100mm-Mounting-Dream-MD2209/dp/B07K9DD2SZ/ which is the one I used in our coach when upgrading the tv last year (I did have to re-engineer / lengthen the pull release on it.

Thanks, but in out case a swinging TV wouldn't offer any advantages in our coach given that it's current location pretty much perfectly covers the main viewing area we use. I do use swing mounts for a number of sets at home however and yes, hey work great.
