RBW Hitch Lock?

Hi,
I just installed my new X-16 RBW fiver hitch today. I am trying to figure out how to lock the lever arm so that someone can't inadvertantly or intentionally (with malice aforethought) unlock the the locking arm without my knowledge or consent. I could padlock my old Reese but can't figure out how to lock this one. Any advice?
