Has anyone had a problem with the tail wagging the dog on a Monaco Camelot?  I have done allignment, balance, weigh and tire pressure and ride height.  The vehicle still wanders more than I like.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We also have an 03 Camelot and tow a Suburban, but have not experienced that problem. Hopefully someone can suggest a generic solution but, if not, you might also try calling Monaco to see if they have any ideas. Another possibility might be to call Henderson Lineup in Oregon. I see you've checked alignment, but I've heard that Henderson checks things and has some tricks that other alignnment shops don't. However, I have no experience with them.

Tom,

How long is your Camelot?  What engine?  Are you running Good Years?  Monroe shocks?

What do you know about Bilstein shocks?

Thanks,

Mike

Mike,

The Camelot is 38 feet. Engine is Cummins ISC 350 hp. Tires are Good Year, but I couldn't tell you which ones (I'll check them out next time I'm at the storage lot where the coach is kept). Shocks - I have no idea - whatever Monaco put on.
