Recognize this?

Hi- I have an old 2-door Tracker with a hitch receiver of some sort. There are vertical brackets with round holes near the end on either side, plus round receptacles next to them that receive steel rods with locking pins. Photo of front of the car attached. Thanks for any info.

Looks like a Blue Ox receiver to me,,
