Hi All
Here is the problem for today.
When we left for our trip the fridge was very cold. Now, it is alarmingly warm. It's not keeping the beer cold!!! Seriously though, it is cause worry. It has been in the 90's here since Friday and humid. The freezer is still keeping food frozen but the fridge side is warm. I re-leveled the bus just now to see if it makes a difference. Won't know until tomorrow if it works. Should I go back on propane?

i would check to see if you have propane and if you do go back on it it may be an electrical issue

could you have accidentally left the refrigerator door ajar?  If not, you might do an unplug, turn off, set for 5 minutes, and replug in.  My refrigerator works much better on shore power than propane, and since your freezer seems good, sounds fishy.

On the fins in the rear of the fridge is a slider that can be used to adjust the thermostate has it come off?

Go outside, open the access door and look/smell.  If you see a yellowish stain or smell ammonia your cooling unit is toast.

How old is it and what's the make and model?

Is that side of the RV facing the sun?  If so, try to rig some sort of shade over the outside of the refrigerator, being careful not to block the air flow.  You might even try hanging up some wet bath towels a couple of inches away from the outside wall.  Or tie something to the awning or whatever you have to tie something to. My son had that problem with his refrigerator in Utah on a hot day in July, and that was the advice I gave him.  He said it helped.

RV refrigerators do not cool well when they are on the hot side of the RV.  I always consider that when I choose a camping spot that has no or little shade.  The goal is to park so that the side with the refrigerator is facing north or east.

Thanks to everyone for the advice but the answer was a lot simpler.
This is the first time we spend a lot of time in the bus and traveled long distances. It is like trouble shooting an old space shuttle. We have been relying on the little spirit bubbles by the driver's seat to level the bus. When I re-leveled yesterday it didn't feel right. So I got out my carpenter's level and laid it on the kitchen floor. It was way off. We used the stabilizers to match that level.

Woke up this morning and everything was cold! It is the little things like this that drive one crazy!! If it wasn't for you guys I would have very little hair left!
