Removing Metal Strips on Ceiling

How do you remove the metal strips on the ceiling in the coach ?? Have to remove because of 2 problems. #1 have to replace the antenna cable to the TV, # 2 have a water leak over the passenger door. When I took the wood strip off, the panel on the rear side separated the foam and the ceiling is sagging. Will use 3M 77 to fix it. Has anyone experienced this situation ?? Thank you for your input.

Sorry about the long delay in answering on this post, but thanksgiving put things to a halt !!! having  a difficult time locating the new ceiling panels from Winnebago. it seems they don't have the panels listed. May have to call them in the near future to obtain the answer. Thanks for your interest in my problem.
