The passenger solid side window cracked on my 2000 Damon Intruder 359. Its tempered glass double pained. Where can I get a replacement? How hard is it to remove?

How hard is it to remove?
Most RV windows are not difficult to remove if you have 2 people, one inside and one outside. There is usually a frame around the inside of the window that has screws that when removed, allow removing it. You then need someone on the outside to grasp the window as you push it out. It will be difficult to push as there is butyl tape caulking material that adheres to both the window frame and the side of the RV.

Once you have the window removed, there should be a local glass shop that can replace the panes but you might have to search around a bit. Or try an RV glass specialist like the ones that do foggy window repair, e.g. RVFog Doctor in Arkansas or Suncoast Designers (Florida). There are such places scattered around the country.
