Roadtrek hinge repair

I have a 2003 Dodge 190 and the hinge on the outside cargo hatch is shot. It looks like a long strip of rubber-like stuff. Can anyone tell me what to use to replace it? Hints on how to do it would be helpful too. Thanks

I just waded through a long and boring YouTube video on a 2003 Roadtrek 190 that is for sale in Mississippi. It appears to have a cargo door on the left side at the bottom, is that correct? If so, it may be some sort of strip hinge using a rubber membrane? That may be a special part that you need to get from Roadtrek. That, or build something yourself that serves the same purpose?
